RedBull started it, then Rockstar, Brown Dog, Full Throttle, NOS and the others joined in. Obviously, somebody out there is making energy drinks under contract (just like PBR, Sam Adams, Hamms, Oly and others don't have real breweries - they pay Miller to brew it for them).
